At Leather & Dirt, we stand behind the quality of the products we make. This warranty is designed to provide clear, dependable coverage if something goes wrong because of a defect in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

New Leather & Dirt-branded products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase.

A manufacturing defect is a problem with the materials or construction of the product that prevents it from functioning as intended under normal, appropriate use.

This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and requires proof of purchase from LeatherandDirt.com, our official Etsy store, or another seller expressly authorized by Leather & Dirt.

What Is Covered

During the one-year warranty period, Leather & Dirt will cover a product or component that fails because of:

• Defective materials
• Defective manufacturing or workmanship
• A structural or functional failure under normal, intended use

If we approve your claim, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective product or component;
• Replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable product; or
• Issue a refund of the original product purchase price if repair or replacement is not practical.

Replacement products or components may vary slightly in appearance because of product updates, material availability, or small-batch production.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic aging, fading, scratches, or surface wear that does not affect function
• Incorrect installation or failure to follow the installation instructions
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, impacts, or improper handling
• Modification, alteration, or repair that causes or contributes to the problem
• Use outside the product’s intended purpose, fitment, load limits, temperature limits, or published specifications
• Ordering a product that is not compatible with the customer’s vehicle
• Loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery
• Damage to a vehicle, interior trim, phone, tablet, GPS, or other device or accessory attached to the product
• Products purchased secondhand or from an unauthorized seller

Some Leather & Dirt products are 3D-printed. Visible layer lines and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects unless they affect the product’s intended function.

This warranty covers the Leather & Dirt product itself. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, vehicle repairs, loss of use, or third-party products.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please contact us before returning any product.

Email info@leatheranddirt.com or use our contact form and include:

1. Your name and shipping address
2. Your order number or other proof of purchase
3. A description of the issue and when it occurred
4. Clear photos showing the product and the affected area
5. Your vehicle’s year, make, and model, when relevant

We may request additional information or ask that the product be returned for inspection. Please do not ship anything until you receive return instructions from us.

Shipping for Approved Claims

For approved warranty claims within the contiguous United States, Leather & Dirt will cover standard shipping for a repaired or replacement product. If we need the defective product returned, we will provide return instructions.

Customers outside the contiguous United States may be responsible for additional shipping, customs, duties, or taxes. We will explain any applicable costs before proceeding.

Problems After the First Year

Have an issue after the one-year warranty period? Please contact us anyway.

Although coverage after the first year is not guaranteed, we still want to understand what happened. Depending on the circumstances, product condition, and availability of replacement parts, we may be able to offer troubleshooting, a replacement component, a repair option, or another reasonable solution.

Any assistance provided after the warranty period is offered at Leather & Dirt’s discretion and does not extend or renew the original warranty.

Additional Legal Information

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this one-year limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Leather & Dirt is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
