We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Leather & Dirt. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Window
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified by email
- If approved, your refund (minus shipping & a 3% processing fee) will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement
- Contact your bank or card company (processing times vary)

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
